Moorland Nursery School

Moorland Nursery School is a family run early years school providing education for children aged 2-5 years. We are open from 07:45 to 17:45 each weekday (except public holidays) and offer full daycare facilities for working parents.
Founded in 1982, our nursery is one of the region's longest established early years schools. We are in Stockton Brook in the Staffordshire Moorlands with a catchment including Endon, Brown Edge, Stoke-on-Trent and Leek. We are a natural feeder for Endon's Primary Schools and have strong partnership with them.
Our award winning building, Trinity Court, is a converted Victorian chapel which is steeped in local history. Its extensive refurbishment has allowed excellent facilities to be developed whilst retaining the building's unique (and totally charming) character.
Our aim is to make early years education fun for all. We have a full-time qualified teacher dedicated to our 3-5 year old age group. The nursery school follows a structured, play based curriculum which generates endless enthusiasm from children and staff alike! Our TC Tigers unit is an intimate extension of the nursery school and prepares 2-3 year old children for early years education.
We are extremely proud of our high calibre staff and most hold childcare qualifications to level three (or above). At Moorland Nursery School children are paramount and each member of our team has been selected to share this commitment.
Over the decades we have earned a superb reputation and are very well respected in our field. Our children have achieved great success and the majority of our early cohorts have progressed to higher education.
